A question about therian wolves, "pack" doings, & alphas?

Hello, let me give a bit more background on my question first, if any of it comes out somewhat confusing then I apologize in advance.
I have a friend who happens to be some type of angelic wolf shaman, mostly wolf &shaman, she's not as sure about the angel, but Michelle has had this problem with this "pack" of otherkin/therians for quite some time now. They aren't really open with what they are, but they're very much awake & aware. There are less than a dozen main members in this pack, but it seems like many of the other kintypes around them seem to defer to them. Maybe it's some type of territorial thing... Idk. Moving on... About 5 years ago now, one of these wolves started to nose around my friend. At this point we're pretty sure he's their "alpha". By nosing around I mean he's done all of the following, & yes I am dead serious about everything listed: stalking ie followed her home on numerous occasions, appeared in places she was at where he did not belong, like when she was out of state visiting family, she's heard him in her backyard at night; both of us, as well as others, have smelled his urine markings on the outside of her house, all along the outer walls of her bedroom & throughout the yard; once she was texting me & she was texting a boy I liked & said she mentioned his name aloud to herself & the next day I received a text from his phone asking if I was Julian (the boy she was texting for me); her friends have been harassed & threatened, including myself, one friend was followed home to her apartment complex, & when she went out alone one night to workout at the tiny gym in the complex a beta of this same pack showed up & told her to "back the f*** off", this same friend was also threatened while walking through a parking lit to her car one night, someone threw rocks at her from the shadows & she ran & they chased her back to the car & then leaving before she could see who it was. Michelle has had friends stop talking to her after this male has threatened them away, he has been coming to her on the astral & stalking her there, once he even raped her, she says it's like he has a link to her mind, he always knows where she is, what she's doing, who she's with, what she's feeling, etc. she says it's like he can even see from her eyes at times. Our other friend Angie has even seen this happen... Where she was talking with Michelle & then suddenly it was like she was looking into that stupid males eyes instead. His pack has been helping to keep tabs on Michelle when they can,but once she moved states it was just the male stalking her with the help of his betas & his girlfriend. (Yes I said girlfriend.no I don't get why they both stalk her, nor do iunderstand why a female would help her boyfriend stalk another girl, but whatever. I'm not a wolf.) astrally both I & Angie have received threats about leaving michelle alone altogether because we're bad for their relationship. Also, demons seem to always be around when he is & they seem to watch her in his absence... Now I know all of this sounds crazy but this is the truth as all of us,myself, Angie, Michelle, & others, know it. There's more I can say but that would take forever so I'll leave it here.
My questions... Is this the norm with packs? Do they usually stalk lone wolves?why would they be stalking Michelle? Is she in danger? (It's been so long that I don't think it will stop at this point). What should she do? What can Ido to help her?
