This might seem a little odd but have you tried baby/ toddler teething toys? Some of the ones I've seen have been rubbery and kind of hard. I'm not sure if they'll be big enough but just an idea.

Have you looked up teething/sensory chew necklaces? They're necklaces but they're made with, say, a chewable pendant instead of a stone one or chewable beads. We have one ourself for sensory reasons and they're really great and pretty durable too. Not to mention than you can find a whole load which look pretty much like normal necklaces which should deter any suspicion your parents may have! You can also get similar things in the form of bracelets or pencil tops which may also work well for your situation. ~Selkey Just did, they looked pretty good! I thought about ordering a necklace thing, but I'm really not a great fan on the £4 delivery costs, so I got the pencil toppers instead. Thanks!

Stress balls or juggling balls work realy well to chew on without damage so they last a long time

teethers for babies are fairly inexpensive, chewy, and small enough to fit in your pockets

Personally, I like to chew leather. I'm not gonna say it'll taste fabulous for everyone, but I tan my own deer/boar/elk leather without dyes and cut it into strips then braid it. It's actual skin so it feels great, honestly. If your parents become suspicious, just tell them you'd like to get into leather working, because it's quite fun. If you do buy it though, do NOT buy any with dyes, or it'll either make you sick or stain your mouth. All you need to cut it is a razor blade or a box cutter. They're pretty durable if you use tough leather.

Guitar picks. They have a rubbery texture, they shouldn't ware teeth to much since it is a thin sheet of plastic/rubber, they are found just about anywhere for a low cost, and they last a while. Plus you could just have one in your mouth and no one would know.

Leather could work... you would have to find the kind that isn't chemically processed (such as vegetable tanned, or salt tanned.) It can have a rubbery texture, and you could add a few flavorings to it if you wish. It's not as bad on your teeth as antlers could be, and it doesn't wear down as fast as a regular shirt.

My parents are the same way, although I'm getting money from my grandma soon and I'm going to buy a dog chew with that, they can't object if it's my money haha! But until then, I chew on my stuffed animals, pillows, and blankets. I tried chewing pens at school but got some pretty odd looks, so I quit that. Plus, my chewing urge only really comes during the night time so it's sort of simple like that.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet, but stimtastic.co sells chewing toys for human bodies, and they are very cheap. I have a mushroom necklace from them. (I lost it, though...)

I'd recommend a chewy toy for people of all ages, like mentioned above. I know this site has stuff like that: www.chewigemusa.com/

Try going to a dollar store and picking one up that looks like a stuffed animal, You can say you want to use it as a stuffed animal for your room. Please post an introduction before participating on other sections of the forum.

I myself have the same problem. I chew on a deer bone I have and for school lunch whenever they have chicken I always can be found with about 2-3 no longer recognizable bones lol
But yes I know it can cause tooth damage so my solution is to get as many hard to break mints as you can and whenever you break one just pull out another there are better things but mints should be extremely easy to get by without your parents batting an eye

Just be carful with bone in general. As some may splinter and you can choke.I normally chew on a rag or somthing similar.

I like chewing on soft, rubber straws. I've loved chewing on those things since I was 4 and I haven't found anything quite as satisfying as those straws until I found a water bottle with a rubber tip so I've been chewing on that.
