I know what you're thinking, everyone can be clumsy, just deal with it! However I seem to be another level of clumsy entirely. For example yesterday I hit my head (which I do far too often) and got fuzziness across my vision and my head still hurts, 24 hours later. I'm sure that's not great for me. I have had a bad, unidentifiable illness for almost three years which often makes me experience severe dizziness, vertigo, etc. So does anyone have any herbal or meditative or any other suggestions to help, at least a little, with my clumsiness. Hitting my head hurts after a while... If you have any questions, advice, or anything I will answer and be very grateful. Thanks, Feather.

That doesn't sound good. The clumsiness might have to do with your illness, when did it start? Have you been examined for various illnesses, and if you haven't, you should probably get checked for Vertigo/BPPV/inner ear disorders. And of course, it would be a good idea to get your headache checked ASAP. If you damaged it enough you could get a stroke, and believe me, that isn't something you want to experience. If you also have suspicions of this, and if the doctors can't find anything after all the tests, try looking up psychic vampirism.

If you hit your head hard enough that you get headaches for more than 24 hours and fuzzy vision, that is NOT normal. Go get to a doctor, quick.

@seric Phriam, I have had countless tests for vertigo and the like and it all goes back to my initial problems of iron deficiency anemia. That has caused so many other problems. I know that I get severe, and I mean severe, vertigo at times, so that does affect this clumsiness of mine... Thanks for the advice! Doppel Thank you. I am actually starting to think I may have triggered one of my migraines and that is why I had such a headache.

Are you being treated for the deficiency? And how did you find out you have it?
